As an IT Administrative Services, you will:
Deploy and configure AVD host pools, session hosts, and scaling plans. Manage FSLogix profiles and optimize image deployment. Monitor performance and troubleshoot AVD-related issues. Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Infrastructure-as-Code tools. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Provide Tier 2/3 support for AVD incidents and document resolutions.
