Island Resort Head Chef — Menu Innovation & Kitchen Lead

Reef International Resort & Spa SDN Bhd in Sabah announces a Head Chef role to lead all kitchen and F&B operations for Inagaya Beach Club, from day-trip dining to banquet services, ahead of the December 2026 launch.

You will build the culinary program, recruit and train the kitchen team, manage food costs and supplier relationships, ensure food safety, and collaborate with Resort Manager and Marketing on events and promotions. Willing to be based on Pulau Gaya, Kota Kinabalu.
