Our client, an established HR outsourcing company, is seeking an IR Consultant to join their team based in Cape Town CBD.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Manage labour relations matters and provide IR advice to clients.
- Chair disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Represent clients at the CCMA and Bargaining Council.
- Draft contracts, policies, and other labour-related documentation.
- Conduct IR training, compliance audits, and legislative updates.
- Develop strategies to ensure compliance and minimise labour relations risks.
Minimum requirements:
- Relevant degree (e.g. HR, Industrial Psychology, LLB)
- 3 years of experience
- Experience independently representing at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils
