IP & Tech Litigation Associate — Growth & Mentorship

Rahmat Lim & Partners seeks an Associate (3-6 years PQE) to join its Intellectual Property & Technology practice in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers IP and IT disputes, enforcement actions, and non-contentious IP/TMT transactions, including drafting and due diligences.

The ideal candidate will have 2:1 law degree, admission as Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, and 2–6 years PQE with strong drafting, research and analytical skills.
