Are you a passionate litigator with a keen interest in intellectual property and patents? We're excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an IP & Patent Litigation Associate in Washington, DC, with options to work from San Francisco or New York City. This is an onsite/hybrid role.


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage in high-stakes litigation encompassing patentability, inoperability, and freedom-to-operate issues.

  • Prepare and respond to inter partes review (IPR) boards and work closely with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

  • Contribute to resolving groundbreaking disputes in artificial intelligence, software development, and machine learning sectors.

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property and patent litigation.

  • Strong academic background, preferably from a top-tier law school.
