The Intensive Outpatient Services (IOS) Psychotherapist is a key member of our multidisciplinary outpatient behavioral health team, providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents (currently ages 12-18) and their families. This Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. position provides individual, group, and family therapy, completes comprehensive diagnostic assessments, and develops individualized treatment plans within an intensive outpatient setting. The therapist collaborates closely with psychiatrists, mental health specialists, nurses, and other team members to coordinate care, monitor patient progress, and ensure safe, effective treatment and discharge planning.
