Collaborate with IQ‑EQ / FIS and internal teams to manage procurement, contracts, and billing smoothly.Oversee budgeting, invoice approvals, and trackers to ensure accuracy and timely settlements.Empower super‑users with training, maintain data quality, and manage system configurations and reporting.Play a key role in upgrades (Investran v7 to Live), DX rollouts, and ongoing improvement projects.Act as the bridge between stakeholders, vendors, and users to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement.
