Investors Relations Lead

Overview

Web Summit is looking for a leader to manage and expand relationships with venture investors and help drive participation at our events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team that identifies, recruits, and fosters relationships with innovative venture investors, ensuring their attendance at Web Summit events.
• Collaborate with the Speaker team to source speakers for the Venture stage.
• Lead sales initiatives and coach the team in engaging with investors across all stages.
• Act as a visible presence in the industry, creating proposals and supporting internal teams.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of investors in Salesforce, applying best practices and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Growth, Founders, Speakers, and Attendee Success teams to generate leads and implement world‑class attendee experience strategies.
