Investors Relations Associate

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors, ensuring a

high standard of engagement and responsiveness.

 Manage investor queries, periodic updates, relationship tracking, and follow-ups across

the investment lifecycle.

Collaborate with founders and Investment Bankers (IBs) to support fundraising

strategy, investor outreach, and transaction execution.

 Coordinate investor meetings, calls, roadshows, and other communication processes.

 Prepare, update, and maintain pitch decks, investor presentations, information

memorandums, and periodic investor reports.

 Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all investor-facing communication and

documentation.

 Manage virtual data rooms, organize documentation, and support due diligence

requirements.
