Investment Transactions Counsel

Temasek is looking to hire a commercially minded transactional lawyer for their in-house legal team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in M&A or private equity, ideally with training at a top-tier law firm.

Responsibilities include providing legal advice on transactions, managing external counsel, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates with 3 to 6 years PQE and strong academic credentials are preferred.
