Our client is a market-leading funds management business seeking an experienced Investment Operations Supervisor to lead a team of 5, reporting to the Head of Investment Operations.

This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end investment operations function, ensuring accuracy, control, and efficiency across all processes. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in developing the team, strengthening stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and supporting business growth initiatives including new product launches.
