Investment & Mortgage Advisory Consultant
- Provide personalised investment advisory services to HNW clients, first-time buyers, and international investors looking to enter or expand their Dubai property portfolio.
- Assess client financial profiles, investment goals, and risk appetite to recommend suitable property investment strategies.
- Source, compare, and recommend mortgage products from UAE banks and financial institutions on behalf of clients.
- Guide clients through the full mortgage application and approval process, liaising with lenders, valuers, and legal teams.
- Advise clients on financing options for off-plan, secondary market, residential, and commercial property purchases.
- Provide ROI analysis, rental yield projections, and capital appreciation assessments to support investment decisions.
