Responsibilities

• Industry Research: Independently write industry or enterprise research reports, analyze and assess the industrial chain structure, market structure, technological evolution, etc., and conduct discussions in combination with the company's business situation.
• Strategic Investment and Expansion: In accordance with the company's strategy, reserve and connect with overseas/international market project/team/key person resources, including but not limited to fields such as AI applications, AIGC, digital marketing, digital energy, digital entertainment, etc., and conduct cooperation negotiations, plan design, due diligence, system construction, model building, contract negotiation, formulation and other work as needed through cooperation/joint venture/investment/merger and acquisition, etc.
