Investment Funds Attorney

LHH is assisting a high-growth investment management and private funds firm founded by former AmLaw partners is expanding its funds group and seeking a senior attorney to join in a leadership capacity.

This role is designed for a seasoned private funds attorney who can lead and manage full fundraises independently , work directly with sophisticated sponsors, and collaborate closely with an established group of funds partners as the practice continues to scale.

The Opportunity

• Lead sponsor-side fundraises from formation through close
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Take meaningful responsibility off senior partners’ plates
• Work across a broad funds platform, including:
• Venture and private equity (closed-end funds)
• Credit funds
• Infrastructure and real estate funds
• Hedge and open-ended funds
