Job Description
Lead the origination, evaluation and execution of secured and unsecured NPL investment opportunities across Eastern Europe.Drive complex investment transactions from sourcing through due diligence, structuring, negotiation and closing.Take ownership of portfolio performance after acquisition, working closely with local management teams to maximise returns and ensure successful execution of investment strategies.Develop and manage strategic co-investment partnerships with institutional investors and financial partners.Lead negotiations with banks, financial institutions, investors, advisors and other stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.Build and maintain a strong network within the financial services and distressed debt market to identify new investment opportunities.Prepare investment recommendations and provide strategic insights to senior executive leadership regarding portfolio perfo...
