Investment Banking Associate

The Investment Banking Associate is an intermediate-level position in our Swiss Investment Banking Team in Zurich. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in executing complex transactions across M&A, Equity Capital Markets, and Debt Capital Markets, in coordination with various sector and product banking teams. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisor to our clients, which include large multinational corporations and financial sponsors

_Responsibilities:_

+ Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses for M&A, equity, and debt transactions to support strategic client advisory
+ Create and prepare high-impact client presentations that analyse industry trends, assess financial situations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their goals
