We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Working Team Lead/Project Manager to direct and manage a team of data scientists, Investigative Analysts, and Enforcement Support staff, while also performing hands-on investigative and analytical work to support the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). This position will involve overseeing daily team operations, managing contractor performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytical support to FinCEN’s mission to combat financial crimes. The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting the investigation and analysis of violations of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and 31 C.F.R. Chapter X, with a focus on identifying and addressing illicit financial activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferation financing, and cyber-enabled crimes.
