**Job Description**
The Inventory Specialist supports field welding operations by ensuring work trailers are fully stocked, organized, and in proper working order before each project. This role focuses on anticipating needs, preventing delays for welders, and maintaining tools, equipment, and the shop environment. When trailer loading is complete, the Inventory Specialist assists with general maintenance and facility upkeep to keep operations running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare and stock field welders’ trailers with all required materials, tools, safety gear, and general supplies based on project pick lists provided on an iPad.
+ Review and work from digital pick lists to ensure each trailer contains everything needed for upcoming projects, including routine and project-specific items.
