Inventory Specialist

Scope of Position

To coordinate, monitor, and maintain inventory accuracy by supporting material flow, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, receiving accuracy, and inventory control activities. This position works closely with Production, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, Quality, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure materials, components, consumables, and finished goods are available, properly recorded, and accurately maintained to support operational requirements and minimize production delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and support the timely availability of materials, components, consumables, and finished goods required for production and operational needs
• Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and other internal departments to resolve inventory discrepancies, missing documentation, incorrect quantities, or system transaction issues
