Inventory Planning Control Officer

Job Description

1. Develop and monitor production plans based on sales forecasts, customer demand, and inventory levels to ensure product availability
2. Plan and control Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) requirements, including forecasting, inventory monitoring, and coordination with Procurement to ensure timely material availability
3. Monitor and analyze inventory levels of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Work-in-Process (WIP), and Finished Goods to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory
4. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure production schedules and material requirements are aligned with business needs
5. Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) for materials approaching minimum stock levels or experiencing significant demand increases
