Inventory Coordinator

A growing organisation within the manufacturing sector is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support its supply chain and warehouse operations.

This role would suit someone with strong experience across inventory control, warehousing, stock accuracy, ERP systems and operational support. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating stock movements, supporting warehouse processes and ensuring smooth day to day supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate stock movements across warehouses and 3PL partners

Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical and system stock

Process stock adjustments and maintain accurate ERP records

Support inbound inventory movements, returns, obsolete stock and excess inventory
