**Inventory Control Specialist**
**Location:** Mishawaka, IN
**Job Type:** Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
**Reports To:** Plant Manager
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM _(schedule may vary based on production needs)_
**Hours:** 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed
**Pay:** **$24.50-$28.85 per hour** , based on experience (equivalent to approximately **$51,000-$60,000 annually** )
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Inventory Control Specialist** to join our manufacturing team in Mishawaka, IN. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods to support efficient production operations.
