Job Title: Inventory Control CoordinatorJob Description
The Inventory Control Coordinator (Procurement/Parts Crib Administrator) supports die build and parts crib operations by coordinating parts ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and vendor communication. This role ensures that parts are accurately identified, documented, stored, and delivered to support production schedules and timely die build completion in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor daily emails and Teams chats for updates affecting operations and communicate required actions to relevant stakeholders.
+ Maintain 4S+S standards and keep the parts crib area organized, clean, and efficient to support safe and effective operations.
+ Review bulk item requests, shortage notifications, and damaged-part reports and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.
