**Job Title: Inventory Warehouse Associate**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and preparing inventory for shipment within a modern, temperature-controlled warehouse. You will ensure that all products are correctly labeled, counted, and packaged in alignment with work orders and packing lists, supporting efficient and reliable order fulfillment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Walk through the warehouse to accurately pick and pull orders according to work orders and packaging lists.
+ Read and follow work orders and packaging lists to ensure the correct items and quantities are selected.
+ Verify labels and product contents with a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors.
+ Confirm counts of products pulled and reconcile any discrepancies before packaging.
+ Package products securely and prepare shipments according to company standards and customer requirements.
