Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record inventory levels regularly ensuring accurate data entry in ZOHO.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to place orders and allocate goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records including product descriptions, quantities, and locations in ZOHO.
• Generate inventory reports as needed and offer any AMT leftover stocks in the warehouse to the Sales Team.
• Work closely with Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse, and Purchase teams to ensure alignment on inventory needs and availability.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding inventory levels and assist with special requests or adjustments as necessary.
