JOB SUMMARY
As an IT Intern, you will assist the IT Project Manager in handling tasks in relation to the physical hardware and the software application within the IT department. Your primary focus will be supporting daily operations and specific projects as and when assigned to optimize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system and other related systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. IT Infrastructure & Technical Support
- Hardware Lifecycle: Assist in the setup, imaging, and deployment of workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc).
- Network Monitoring: Support the IT team in monitoring LAN/WAN connectivity and troubleshooting basic network issues (patching, Wi-Fi connectivity)
- User Support: Act as the first point of contact for staff technical issues, documenting tickets in the Help Desk system and resolving software / hardware glitches.
