Duration: 12 months, full-time. The program is limited to EU/EFTA citizens.

We are seeking a graduating or master’s student to support manufacturing and enable optimal integration into an existing team in the greater Lucerne area. This internship provides hands‑on experience in the implementation and GMP manufacturing of early‑phase clinical therapies.

Responsibilities

• Support the local study team in operational management of multinational projects in Switzerland
• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry and maintenance of databases
• Follow GMP/EHS standards and support weighing, dispensing, solution preparation, and upstream/downstream operations under supervision
• Assist with documentation and collection of information for deviations or changes
