Attendance Management
- Monitor staff attendance.
- Check and verify leave, off days, and absences.
Payroll, Commission, Claims, Referral Incentive & Allowances
- Handle the monthly payroll process, including leaves, allowances, incentives, commissions, claims, deductions, overtime, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, HRDF).
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations and statutory submissions.
- Compute and compile payroll-related data for seamless updates in the payroll system.
- Manage the Referral Incentive Program by tracking progress and eligibility of referred employees.
- Maintain employee personal files in the payroll system and internal drives, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Manage inventory of company assets (uniforms, access cards, laptops, etc.).
