OVERVIEW
The intern is expected to fully focus on adaptation to working life, programme OJT, learn new hard and soft skills and present an impactful project relevant to the hiring department by the end of the programme.
- Recruitment Operations & Screening – perform first level resume screening, maintain accurate applicant tracking records, support interview scheduling, coordinate interviewer feedback, update candidate status
- Attraction & Employer Branding – support the development of internship attraction strategy
- Recruitment Reporting – track recruitment metrics, identify trends in candidate quality and rejection reasons
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Admin or related disciplines
