Ticket Management

• Support internal teams by triaging and updating tickets (bugs, automation requests, process changes).
• Assist in simple issue investigation or execution of low-complexity requests.
• Monitor task progress and help ensure timely closure based on SLA.

Process Documentation

• Draft, update, and format SOPs and workflow documents.
• Assist in converting knowledge into clear documentation for internal use, onboarding.
• Assist in internal review cycles to improve clarity and accuracy.

Automation Support
