Internship - Customer Service (España)

Within the Client Services department, the tasks to be carried out are:

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of investment funds operations for our clients.
• Ongoing interaction with distributors across Iberia, as well as with international asset managers.
• Monitoring and resolution of reconciliation issues.
• Direct client interaction to address queries and resolve incidents, providing strong exposure for professional development in the financial sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or related studies.
• English level C1.
• Proactive person with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• Availability to complete a full‑time internship.
• Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn.
• Good command of Word, Power Point and Excel.
