Vacancy Description

Responsibilities

  • Retention Campaign Ownership (CORE)
    • Plan and execute a monthly retention calendar.
    • Execute repeat purchase campaigns.
    • Reactivate inactive customers.
    • Manage VIP / high‑value customer rewards.
    • Be fully responsible for campaign results.
  • Customer Segmentation and Database Control
    • Segment customers into New, Active, VIP, and Churned categories.
    • Maintain a clean and structured customer database.
    • Consolidate customer data from Shopee, TikTok, and WhatsApp/CRM.
  • Revenue from Existing Customers
    • Drive a minimum X% of monthly revenue from existing customers (specific target to be defined).
