International Talent Programme – Wholesale Banking Track

At ING we are looking for bright talent to join our International Talent Programme (ITP). The programme is a two‑year development track designed for talented international graduates to experience a variety of roles, locations, and skills. Participants will rotate between different teams of the bank and attend workshops and activities to develop their potential in three key areas: banking skills, personal growth, and professional development.
