International Production & Supply Manager

This role is based in Sialkot Oversee daily production activities across various manufacturing sites and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Serve as the principal liaison between the U.S. headquarters and overseas production teams to facilitate clear, timely communication.
Execute and monitor priority reports from the U.S. office, adjusting production schedules proactively to meet changing demands.
Ensure Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETAs) are accurately calculated, communicated, and consistently met to support logistics and customer satisfaction.
Identify potential risks and delays in production timelines, escalating issues promptly and collaborating on recovery plans as needed.
Investigate and resolve overdue orders, providing updated and reliable ETAs to stakeholders.
Promote accountability within production processes to guarantee delivery on quality, performance, and timeline targets.
