International Operations Agent III

Overview

As International Operations Agent you will be responsible for the effective coordination, progress monitoring, and management of all communication related to the daily import and export of international freight‑forwarding shipments into and out of the United Kingdom. You will oversee shipment handling across all transportation modes—air, ocean, and surface—ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with customer requirements and the contractual agreements in place.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted‑advisor relationships with customers by advising, determining, and qualifying their shipping requirements, including all necessary regulations, certificates, and documentation
