Your responsibilities

HR Training Organisation & Monitoring

• Organize and coordinate internal training sessions (scheduling, logistics, materials, communication)
• Monitor and maintain the initial training program for Swiss and international employees, organize and monitor compliance trainings across regions, administer e-learning platforms
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements, and coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors
