International Group Controller — Finance & Logistics

We are a growing, international, multi-company e-commerce group (~EUR 3M today, on a clear path to EUR 10M in two years). We are hiring a long-term Group Controller to own our finance and grow into our logistics-finance as we scale. Not a task-only freelancer: a dedicated teammate we can trust with the group's numbers.

What you will own (finance first):

• QuickBooks Online across multiple entities and currencies

• Bank and wallet reconciliation, monthly close, clean founder-ready reporting

• Multi-country tax calendar and coordination with our external advisors (you coordinate licensed advisors per country, you do not have to be one)

• Payment packs, intercompany hygiene, a weekly board for the founders

Grows into logistics:

• As you settle in, you gain visibility over inventory, 3PL and supply-chain finance: landed costs, stock, margins. Y...
