Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduate / Graduate
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
- Retention / Upscaling experience with Hospitality background is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- C1 US Voice Versant preferred
Shift Details:
- 5.5 working days
- Rotational shifts & week offs
