- Grade 12 / Matric
- Diploma or qualification in Sales, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field advantageous
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an internal sales or customer service role within an industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or OEM environment
- Experience working closely with external sales representatives and customer account management
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP advantageous
- Experience with conveyor systems, automation, or material handling equipment advantageous
- Experienced in preparation of sales reports, forecasts, pipeline information and customer sales data
