Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Management Manage and motivate the internal sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, electricians, industrial clients, and retail customers. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of quotations, tenders and pricing. Handle escalated customer queries, complaints and account issues professionally. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across product ranges. Work closely with external sales representatives to support customer growth. Team Leadership Supervise, coach and train internal sales staff. Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and development plans. Schedule workloads and ensure adequate customer support coverage.
