- Tertiary qualification is an advantage
- Proficiency in computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an internal sales, sales support, or high-volume customer service role in a manufacturing industry
- Ability to draft accurate quotations, process invoices, and manage picking slips
