Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic showroom consultant to assist walk-in, phone, and online clients, manage sales administration, and close deals.

Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous).

Customer-service and sales driven, with an eye for design.

Basic maths.

Reliable transport.

Proactive and able to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

Assist and advise clients in the showroom, on calls, and via web leads.

Prepare and send quotes.

Follow up and close sales.

Provide product knowledge and guidance for different applications.

Manage personal admin and time effectively.

Experience in construction/tiling/fabrication/flooring/slabs.

Previous customer-facing or sales experience.
