Internal Sales & Buyer

Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders efficiently Provide technical support and product guidance on electrical items such as MCBs, MCCBs, isolators, meters, switchgear, and related components Assist panel builders, wholesalers, and walk-in trade customers with product selection Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales Liaise with procurement and stores regarding stock availability and delivery timelines Support external sales representatives with pricing and client requirements Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring quick response times Prepare and send catalogues, pricing schedules, and product information to customers Minimum Requirements Minimum 2+ years experience in Internal Sales , preferably within the electrical or industrial sector
