This position is within an established financial services brokerage that specializes in providing tailored financial planning and insurance solutions to a niche professional market. The Internal / Key Accounts Broker is an office-based, inbound position focused on managing, servicing, and growing an established portfolio of approximately 300 clients. This role involves comprehensive underwriting, portfolio renewals, and administrative management across both personal and commercial lines, with no external client travel required . Key Responsibilities: Manage an assigned client base, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining proactive communication regarding insurance needs. Conduct a minimum of 25 telephonic or Zoom consultations per day to discuss policy details, renewals, amendments, and cover options.
