Internal Communications Specialist

We are recruiting an Internal Communications Specialist . The successful candidate will support internal communications, employee engagement and organisational initiatives by developing clear, engaging and visually appealing content for employees.

This is a hands‑on role that combines HR communications, content development, visual communication and stakeholder coordination. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with HR, management and different operational departments to understand their requirements and translate information into communications that employees can easily understand.

The role is best suited to someone who has been trained in Human Resources or has practical HR experience , particularly in areas such as employee engagement, internal communications, learning and development, organisational culture or change communications.
