Summary
- The Audit Executive is a permanent role within a local authority, tasked with delivering high-quality internal audit services across the Council. This position is crucial for providing assurance, advice, and insights on governance, risk management, and control processes. The Audit Executive will lead and execute risk-based audits from planning through to reporting, ensuring value for money, compliance, and continuous improvement across services.
Responsibilities
