Intern, Property Management (Galaxis Work Loft)

You will assist the Cluster Manager at Galaxis Work Loft in the daily operations and ad-hoc special projects.

• Assist in building inspections and operations
• Assist in collating information regarding the buildings
• Research and collate Sustainability data for Green Mark renewals
• Provide support on Asset Enhancements projects
• Assist in liaising and handling feedback from tenants
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
