**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders and manage open PO reports effectively
+ Collaborate with suppliers for order acknowledgements, confirmations, and delivery commitments
+ Maintain accurate ERP updates, including confirmation dates and material master data
+ Partner with plant teams to resolve PO-related queries and ensure alignment
+ Analyze supply-demand requirements and release materials to maintain optimal inventory levels
+ Execute and manage system exception messages (expedite, defer, etc.) in ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle
+ Coordinate with suppliers to track deliveries, maintain promise dates, and improve reliability
+ Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure material availability and continuity
+ Support supplier relationship management initiatives and enhance supplier performance
