Job Responsibilities
Support in the analysis, design, and development of learning and development (L&D) programmes.Assist in the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of L&D initiatives and training programmes.Assist in the development, administration, and deployment of e-learning content through the Learning Management System (LMS).Prepare training-related reports, learning analytics, and programme documentation.Coordinate training logistics and provide administrative support for learning activities, workshops, and events.Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and participants to ensure the smooth delivery of learning programmes.Provide general support for ad hoc L&D projects and initiatives as required.Job requirements
Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field.
