Responsibilities

• Support the optimization and redesign of the company’s innovation system and program.
• Drive the simplification and renewal of innovation processes to enhance overall efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels and user experience across the innovation program.
• Reduce administrative workload for coordinators and site-level committees through process improvements.
• Propose and implement enhancements to recognition and reward mechanisms within the program.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and improve adoption of innovation tools.
